Deleting your Cruciverso account

How to do it
- In the app: Profile → Delete the account → confirm.
- Without the app: write to privacy@cruciverso.app from your account's email address, asking for deletion. We may ask you to confirm the request.
Before you delete
Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription: cancel it on Google Play, in Payments & subscriptions. Any remaining gems are lost.
Timing
Deletion becomes final 30 days after the request; during this period you can cancel it by signing in again.
What we delete
Account, profile, library, "Catch the Letter" record, requests to Nona, consents and purchase data.
What remains, and for how long
- the account's internal identifier and dates: 30 days after final deletion;
- backups: up to 35 days;
- technical data: up to 90 days;
- reports and messages you sent us: up to 12 months;
- purchase receipts: with Google Play, under its terms.
Deleting only some data
In the app you can delete individual volumes and withdraw consent to promotional emails; for other requests write to privacy@cruciverso.app.
